We accept EFTPOS and cash payments. You can also use your private health insurance card and we sort your rebate out on the spot with the help of our HICAPS machine.
Please be informed that you can not get a rebate for remedial massage from your private health insurance. It is only possible for the physiotherapy consultations at our clinic.
If you have a referral from your GP for Chronic Disease Management (formerly EPC), please ensure that it contains our provider number, that you can obtain by emailing or calling us.
We are registered as a physiotherapy provider with WorkCover Queensland. For us to be able to directly bill WorkCover, you will need to bring your approved WorkCover Queensland claim number and a current medical certificate from your General Practitioner (GP).
